- Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 150 stems, regardless of type or length.
- What is the time of delivery?
Ordered Saturday and Sunday till 06.30 AM = Delivered Tuesday between 10 and 12 AM
Ordered Tuesday untill 06.30 AM = Delivered Wednesday between 10 and 12 AM
Ordered Wednesday untill 06.30 AM = Delivered Thursday between 10 and 12 AM
Ordered Thursday untill 06.30 AM = Delivered Friday between 10 and 12 AM
Ordered Friday untill 06.30 AM = Delivered SAturday between 10 and 12 AM. Beware of the extra € 12.50 forTransport.
- How can I cancel or change an order?
As long as you are active in the webshop, you can change your order. But, after 15 inactive minutes, your order will be definite. So please finish your order in time. Want to make a change? Please send an e-mail before 16.30 to [email protected]
- What happens when the flowers arrive late or damaged?
Despite our best efforts, there is always the possibility that something might go wrong. Please inform us immediately if the flowers do not arrive or arrive late or damaged despite the proper delivery address. We will investigate the matter. In the event of a legitimate complaint, we will reimburse the full purchase price. For more information, please read our General Terms of Delivery.
- Will there be additional costs?
No. (Only an extra fee for Transport on Saturday, see 'Time of delivery'. )
